Cultural and Chemical Secrets of our LBAOS Panel of Experts

These are the LBAOS panel members and their topics:

1. Jim Hoyle – Jim, a long-time LBAOS Member, will be sharing his vast knowledge on basket-grown and mounted species and their culture. He is a highly regarded grower and has had many of his plants awarded.

2. Archie Conant – Archie is a wonderful grower of many genera. He will be discussing how he achieves such beautiful results with his Cattleyas as an outdoor grower in his Long Beach backyard.

3. David West – David grows award winning Cymbidiums and will share the secrets he has built up over the years to get the most out of each plant, each year.

4. Espie Quinn – Espie is renown for her growing skills and her flowering orchids. She readily shares her extensive knowledge with everyone. She wants all of us to be great growers and enjoy the process. She will be discussing how to select plants to grow for specimen candidates and how to achieve that status.
